So, here are some random photos of the work I have done so far. I've painted some of the white walls, with my dad changing out the light fixtures (the bamboo fan, not pictured, but in the living room is the best!), as well as adding new, European style faucets and bamboo blinds. Eli's room is in the early stages for a beach, surfing theme. I'm starting from scratch, almost every piece. It took me almost a full day just to put Eli's new bed and dresser together. Pretty sad! My favorite pieces include the wall art above the couch on the wall, the oar as a make-shift curtain holder, and the chinese piece above the entertainment center that I purchased for 30 dollars at an antique shop.
